The package arrived a month late, and so no one was home to collect it. Impossible to get ahold of anyone to help fix the mistake; so all that money lost! Was never refunded. Very disappointed, never ordering from here again. Advise you not to either.

Missing items. Contacted rudys and they didn't reply
Sauerkraut was missing from the kit and the bread was mouldy. Which essentially made the kit unusable.
After the fourth email I sent, Rudy's got back to me apologizing and arranging a replacement meal kit to be sent and a discount code as an apology.
When I asked for a refund rather than the replacement kit, they refunded me straight away which was greatly appreciated.
The Reuben kit is amazing, the delivery took two days as indicated, everything is perfect and I love it. Honestly portions sizes for onions, pickles and sauerkraut seemed on the smaller side at first but once you prepare the reuben you realize that everything comes together in a nice and balanced way in my opinion. 10/10
