Taste and texture of these is really good. I actually cut the single big piece (I guess made to resemble a rack of ribs?) into strips of 2-3 cm width each to get individual "ribs" before baking. I had leftovers which I heated up again later – the texture came out even more beef/ rib-meat like than after the first time. Alternatively try the suggestion from other reviews and bake for longer (then consider reducing temperature to avoid burning the ribs). Something to buy again!
