We received an email asking us to write a review that was 'fulfilled' two weeks ago. We ordered the DIY Reuben kit on 1st April, it is now the 23rd April and the food hasn't turned up - nor has anyone from Rudy's responded to a single email asking for a refund or update. Has to be the worst customer experience ever as it has been completely non-existent. Complete and utter shambles to put it politely, Interested to see if this review makes it past their vetting...
The package arrived a month late, and so no one was home to collect it. Impossible to get ahold of anyone to help fix the mistake; so all that money lost! Was never refunded. Very disappointed, never ordering from here again. Advise you not to either.

Missing items. Contacted rudys and they didn't reply
Sauerkraut was missing from the kit and the bread was mouldy. Which essentially made the kit unusable.
After the fourth email I sent, Rudy's got back to me apologizing and arranging a replacement meal kit to be sent and a discount code as an apology.
When I asked for a refund rather than the replacement kit, they refunded me straight away which was greatly appreciated.
