Preparation: Fry on medium heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side.Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5 °C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing for up to 1 month. If frozen, defrost overnight in the fridge.
