The flavour of these sausages were awesome, but unfortunately the texture let them down - they were so dry. Cooking them in oil definitely helped, but I wouldn't recommend cooking these on the BBQ. They're expensive for what they are and I wouldn't buy them again.

Flavour is good, I particularly enjoyed these when BBQ'd. I thought the texture was a bit strange as it's quite crumbly inside, unlike other vegan sausages I've had. Personally I've found them a bit too salty.
These are our fave of all the Rudy products. Put them in the air fryer for 8 minutes then you have the perfect sausage!
